Chimichanga

A flour tortilla stuffed with your choice of ground beef, seasoned chunks of beef or spicy chicken. Deep-fried to a golden brown and covered in cheese sauce, lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo and guacamole. Served with rice and beans.
